2. What this website is

This website describes the Phenowise application. Reading it does not create an account, a subscription, or any relationship between you and us. If you want to use the application, you create an account at app.phenowise.com, and from that point the application's own terms and privacy policy govern.

3. Information, not advice

Everything on this website is general information about a product. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare provider. The sample records and pictures on this site are drawn from fictional data and are labelled as samples; they do not describe any real person. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. The waitlist

When access to the application is limited, you may be offered a place on a waitlist. Joining it means giving us an email address so we can send you one invitation when a space opens. Joining does not create an account, does not cost anything, does not commit you to anything, and does not guarantee an invitation or a date. You can ask us to remove your address at any time by writing to info@phenowise.com. How we handle the address is described in the Website Privacy Policy.

5. Using the site

You may read, link to and share this website. You may not copy its text, pictures or design for a competing product, use our name or trademark to suggest an affiliation that does not exist, attempt to interfere with the site or its hosting, or use automated tools to harvest content from it. The content, design and pictures on this site belong to us or are used with permission.

6. Links to the application and elsewhere

This site links to the Phenowise application at app.phenowise.com and may link to other sites. The application is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, which are presented to you there. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.
