One price, stated plainly.
You pay for each person you're tracking, and for nothing else. There are no tiers, no add-ons and no separate plans. Everything the app does is included for everyone.
for the first 14 days of each person you track. The clock starts the day you add them, not the day you sign up, so nothing runs down while you set things up.
a month for each person after that. Tracking yourself counts as a person. Add or remove people at any time; the bill follows on its own.
for the account itself, for as long as you like. You are charged only for people you've started. An account with nobody on it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
| Example: caring for two people | Today | From day 15 |
|---|---|---|
| Your account | $0 | $0 |
| Person one, started today | $1 | $49 / mo |
| Person two, started today | $1 | $49 / mo |
| Total | $2 | $98 / mo |
Add a third person in six months and their own 14 days start then. Each person keeps their own clock.
Everything. There is only one plan.
- The record.
Conditions with their status, symptoms marked better, same or worse with your notes, medications with side effects and the reason a dose changed, tests with files, providers, and a journal for each condition. Removed symptoms keep their history.
- The weekly picture.
Phenostatus every week: what's different, what moved together, each condition's trend, every treatment in one place. Review over 30 days, 6 weeks or 3 months. Trends side by side with your medication changes marked.
- The appointment.
The Clinical View with ChartQ questions and the provider's answers recorded. The printable Entry Record with the date range and sections you choose. The emergency one-sheet.
- Control.
Export everything, delete everything, or withdraw consent from inside the app. Reminders on your schedule, or paused. For caregivers, your own weekly check-in and private journal.
Because a free health app is paid for with your data.
Here you are the customer. The record is yours, it is not connected to any hospital or health system, and the only person who could ever monetize it is you. We'd rather charge you plainly and never have a reason to look at your data as a product.
The price is the same everywhere. There is no regional pricing.
Straight answers.
- Where is my card kept?
- With Stripe, in their secure portal. Phenowise never sees or stores card details. Your card, your invoices and cancellation are all handled there, and you reach it from the Account page in the app.
- How do I stop paying for someone?
- Remove them from your account, or cancel in Stripe's portal. Billing for a person continues for as long as their record is held, so a record isn't quietly kept for free and it isn't quietly erased either. Before anything is deleted, the person, or their representative, gets their own notice and a window to download their record.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. The first 14 days of each person cost $1. A card is required to start someone. The account itself is free.
- Does tracking myself cost the same as tracking someone else?
- Yes. A person is a person. If you track yourself and two family members, that is three people.
- Can I pause?
- No. While a person's record is held, their seat is active. Remove the person to stop, and their record follows the deletion notice above.
- Are there discounts, coupons or plans for organizations?
- Not today. One price, per person, the same for everyone, everywhere.
