Website Privacy Policy.
This policy covers what happens when you visit phenowise.com or join the waitlist. It is short because this website collects almost nothing.
1. Visiting the website
This website is a set of static pages. When you read it:
- We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
- The site loads its fonts, pictures and styles from our own servers. It makes no calls to third-party services when you view a page.
- We do not keep logs of who visits this website. The storage service behind it records its own routine access activity, which does not include your address or your device.
- We do not collect your name, email address, location or anything else simply because you visited.
The site is served through Amazon Web Services, which operates the hosting infrastructure. Amazon's handling of network traffic is governed by its own policies.
2. Joining the waitlist
If access to the application is limited, you may be offered a place on a waitlist. To join, you give us an email address. That is what we keep. We also note the country your request came from, because that is what decides whether access is open where you are.
We use the address for one thing: to send you one notification when a space opens. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, we do not move it anywhere, and we do not add you to any other list.
If a space opens, we send that one notification and hold the invitation open for a set period. If you accept, you go on to create your account and the application's own privacy policy takes over. If you do not accept in that period, or if no space opens, the invitation closes and the address is deleted. You can also ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@phenowise.com from the address you joined with.
The waitlist is held on our own systems in the United States. If you are outside the United States, giving us your email address means it is stored there.
3. Writing to us
If you email info@phenowise.com, we keep the message for as long as we need it to answer you and for our own records of the conversation. We do not use it for anything else.
4. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The application requires its account holders to be adults; its own policy covers information about any person recorded there.
5. Your rights
Because this website collects so little, there is little to ask for. A waitlist address is deleted on its own when the invitation closes; you never need to request that. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want your address gone sooner, write to info@phenowise.com and we will answer. If you live somewhere that gives you additional rights over your personal information, such as California, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may exercise them by writing to info@phenowise.com. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may also go through our appointed representative, Prighter Group, at app.prighter.com/portal/phenowise. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that count.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will change with it. If we ever start collecting more than described here, we will say so on this page before we do.
